At FragranceFlare, we aim to deliver your favorite fragrances quickly, safely, and reliably. Please read our shipping details below.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Domestic (India): We ship via trusted couriers such as Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, and India Post.

  • International: We partner with carriers that are authorized to handle perfumes and flammable goods. Please note that not all destinations allow fragrance shipping due to regulations.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Delivery costs depend on location, shipping method, and weight.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Delhi NCR: 1–2 business days

  • Rest of India: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by the destination country.

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise specified.

  • Customs delays are beyond our control.


5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Perfumes contain alcohol and are classified as flammable goods.

  • Some couriers or countries do not permit perfumes by air shipping. In such cases, we may send by surface shipping (longer delivery times).

  • We currently do not ship to countries where fragrances are prohibited by law.


6. Packaging & Safety

  • All orders are packed securely with bubble wrap and double-layer protection to prevent leaks or damage.

  • For international orders, Dangerous Goods (DG) compliant packaging is used as required.


7. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number.

  • You can track your order on our website or directly on the courier’s website


8. Returns & Exchanges

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, only sealed/unopened items can be returned.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
